If you have a DSLR camera, you probably share my frustration for large, ugly, bulky camera bags that take up TONS of room. When I received an opportunity to review the Camera Day Pack from PhotoJoJo.com, I was ecstatic!
This bag is small, but still large enough to carry your favorite DSLR and a lens (and then some). It’s also light-weight, sleek, and comfortable to wear!
Here are a few more stats:
- Made with water resistant Nylon exterior
- Fits most DSLR cameras
- Fully padded interior compartment with soft inner lining
- Interior zipped pocket to store battery or memory card
- Exterior zipped pocket for added storage
- Removable padded dividers which can be adjusted to accommodate camera, lens, and accessories
- Adjustable padded shoulder strap and carrying handle
You can’t see it very well, but in addition to my DSLR (with the kit lens on), our video camera fit in there as well.
It even has a cute little tag to add your name and phone number in case (heaven forbid) it gets lost.
And as much as I hate to be in front of the camera, I figured you should see how it looks more like a purse than a camera bag! And believe it or not, I didn’t intentionally match my dress to the bag color! :)

This would be perfect for me. I got a DSLR because I was tired of lousy pictures from lousy cameras. I was so sad to see so many terrible pictures of my son’s first year of life. It’s heartbreaking how few good ones we have. So then came the DSLR, and I get great pictures. But the big bag makes it less likely to leave the house on a regular basis. So I still have missed opportunities. This would largely solve that problem. I want one!!

I absoultely love this bag! My husband and I are just starting a photography business, and I would love to have a small bag like this so I can take my camera everywhere I go. I rarely bring my camera anywhere now because a diaper bag just doesn’t give me the protection I need for my camera. Oh my gosh, I hate my big, bulky camera bag. I would LOVE to win this. There are times I don’t take my camera with because with 2 boys, a big diaper bag, my purse and all the other junk I’m toting around, a bulky camera bag is just one more thing I don’t want to carry, so it gets left behind. This bag is awesome and would be perfect for me so I could capture more awesome pictures with my DSLR.
I received a DSLR camera for my birthday in December and although it came with a carrying case, my family and I are very active – camping in the desert, beach, river, etc, and I have been looking for a camera bag that is more functional than the carrying case it came with. This looks like it will be perfect – and have enough room for my extra lens ans memory cards too! What a great idea – even if I don’t win the drawing, $60.00 doesn’t seem that bad of a price either.
