My husband and I want to instill in our children a love for God and His Word, above all else. Whatever talents they have or jobs they pursue as adults pale in comparison to having a meaningful relationship with our Creator. For this reason, we want to do everything in our power to make this THE top priority in our home.
In the book of Timothy, Paul tells us that, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” (2 Tim. 3:16, ESV) I don’t know if you’ve noticed this or not, but there are A LOT of scriptures in the Bible and it is often hard to find scriptures about specific issues our children struggle with (which are often the same issues we struggle with). :)

This would be a great asset while training up our children in THE WAY they should go. Being able to go to the exact scriptures in a timely manner is so important when you’re trying to instill Biblical truth and this would definitely help in accomplishing that.

We bought my daughter a new pink bible. We bought my daughter a beautiful pink bible cover with several flowered appliques on it and a zipper and pockets. But that means nothing if she doesn’t know what is in the bible. One of the hardest things is getting our children to the point of ‘revelation’, that the bible is for NOW, that is really is GOD’S WORD (not just men’s) and that it can be for YOU PERSONALLY, not just Israel, or the disciples, or the church leaders. Getting children to understand how to go to this well of living water is a hard concept. I believe these tabs will really help out! Thank you!

A friend shared with me the Child Training Bible and I thought, “So Cool, I need that.” I have seen the Mom calendar of how to teach Biblical concepts, but to have it all right there in the Bible,ready to go, in hand, GENIOUS!!!

I have been looking for something like this for my children as we are trying to learn together to live our life for God and o Learn His word. It would not only be useful to my babies but to me and my husband as well as their “teachers” we can learn together. This would be such a blessing to any family, but specifically…we would be forever grateful to be blessed with this kit! I’ve had my eye on it for quite some time now. Not only would it benefit our children (ages, 8, 7, 3, 3, 2, 1, and a newborn) it would help me in teaching them since I was not raised in a Christian household….and all of this is new for me. I just want to give then the gift of knowing Jesus…..a gift that I missed out on as a child. :)

Oh this would be such a blessing to have! We use the Bible a lot to reiterate points with our little ones. Being able to flip to certain places would be great! WOW! This is for ME! I have a hard time memorizing The Word but this is a fantastic idea! My aunt told me to do something like this years ago, but I was not consistent nor did I have a guide to find all of the passages! Woohoo! now my son & I can memorize The Best book ever written!
