The fourth of July is just a few weeks away and it is one of my favorite holidays!  It doesn’t get much better than hot dogs, fireworks, and a whole lotta red, white & blue!  Here are a few of our favorite crafts and activities:


Fireworks in a Jar

Make fireworks in a jar.

Pop & Learn

Use snappers to learn letters, numbers, shapes, and sight words.

4th of July Fun with Water Beads

Forget the fireworks…have some 4th of July fun with water beads.

    Thanks for the great list! Last year I wanted to do an act of service on the 4th, so we made treats and delivered them to our local firemen to thank them for keeping us safe on a holiday with a lot of potential for fires. They seemed to really appreciate it, and they gave the kids a little tour of the fire trucks, which they loved. I think I’m going to make that a family tradition.
