Clean-Up Songs

Getting your child(ren) to clean up can be such a hassle! Most of the time it feels like I am doing all the cleaning up. I have found that these two songs definitely help to motivate Big Brother. The first is a song that we heard in the nursery at our church. The second is a song that I used to sing in my classroom.I apologize, once again, for my terrible singing voice. And for the shaky ...

First of all, it is a way that you are communicating and interacting with your sweet baby. She hears your voice, the inflections and flow of how you read. As she grows older and more active, she will still enjoy cuddling up in your lap to ...

Letter Boxes & Scavenger Hunt

Making letter recognition meaningful for preschoolers is crucial. Getting your child to automatically recognize letters is great, but children will retain information much more once they have had a variety of experiences with those letters. Making it fun and multi-sensory will ensure that they are understanding what they are learning. We have tons of baby food containers right now, so I thought ...
