Top Eleven in ’11: #1
For the eleven days remaining in 2011, I’ll be counting down the most popular posts of the year. The posts you see have had the most visits according to Google Analytics.
And the #1 post of 2011 is…
I can’t tell you how happy this makes my heart. I could literally jump up and down! The fact that so many of you have written to tell me how you and your families have enjoyed these ABC scripture cards has brought tears to my eyes.
These scripture cards were made as one flawed, imperfect, and sinful mother’s attempt to help her children hide God’s Word in their hearts. I never could have dreamed how God is using them in other people’s lives as well.
But you know what the crazy thing is??? These scripture cards that we have memorized together as a family have hidden in my heart as well. There will be situations and moments where one of these scriptures have immediately popped into my mind. I am so thankful to my children for helping me to realize how much I need to memorize scripture!
If you are new to the site or if you have been dragging your feet on printing these, I would HIGHLY suggest printing them now. Begin tomorrow, January 1st, to memorize one scripture with your children each week. These will get you halfway through the year ! We try to eat dinner together as a family (at the kitchen table) every weeknight and usually after dinner is when we get out the cards and practice.
Pretty soon, you’ll be asking your child to help you remember the scripture reference like we do!
Go print your FREE ABC Printable Scripture Cards now!
FYI: The scriptures are in various translations, mostly the New International Version, the New American Standard Version, the Contemporary English Version, and the New Living Translation. The translation used has since been added to each scripture card on the updated download.

Ah, Jenae, this is so cool! God works in wonderful ways. Can’t you just imagine children all over, sitting to memorize the verses? The Spirit makes it happen. Praise the Lord!
So glad I saw this tonight! Printing my cards right now to start the New Year!
I saw these earlier this fall :) I printed and laminated them to put in my little boys stocking for Christmas. Thanks again!
Jenae, I just want to say thank you for all the ideas and information that you share on this website. I stumbled upon this site via Pinterest and now I’m hooked! I just made this ABC scripture booklet for my little man (even though he’s only 5 months old right now). You can never start too early with hiding the Word in your heart! In a few months, my husband, son, and I will be moving overseas as missionaries in a closed country. Your website will be a major resource for me as I homeschool while living in a third world country. The Lord has really gifted you and used you in a significant way for so many people!
