Sponsor Saturday

I hope you’ll take a few minutes to check out our amazing sponsors!

CraftProjectIdeas.com features a full line of craft products for kids available only at Walmart. We have had the opportunity to try out a few of their products and we have also bought some of our own. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the products while still offered at very reasonable prices!

Not only does CraftProjectIdeas.com offer awesome products, perfect for children of all ages, but they offer a “How-To” section on their site as well. Here you will find several ideas using their material of the month as well as season projects, rainy day projects, and a teacher’s corner for educationally based products!

It is an honor to be partnering with a company that is doing so much to help enhance the education of children of all ages by implementing a hands-on approach to learning!

RV Parties, formerly known as “The Things I Sell on Etsy”, is an Etsy shop specializing in personalized party supplies and custom melamine plates. The designs are fun, crisp, and entertaining!

When we decided to have a camping-themed birthday party for Big Brother, I knew that RV Designs would be able to come up with something fabulous! And they did! Check out all of their camping-themed party stuff here.

If you are from the Chicago area, be sure to check out Toddling around Chicagoland. Here is what Sarah, the blogger behind Toddling around Chicagoland says about her blog:

I’m a stay-at-home mom to two boys, who are currently 2 and 4 years old. I like to stay active and busy so I try to get out of the house every day with the kids.

In my effort to find things to do with the boys, I’ve been surprised at the lack of information I’ve found, both about things to do in general, but also about the specifics of the places we go. I can generally find hours and admission prices, but often no information about things like whether there’s a place to eat if we bring food or if strollers are practical. That’s why I decided to create this blog so we can share our experiences with other Chicagoland moms & kids.

I try to be frugal and environmentally friendly, but the big splurge for us in both areas is gas. I’ve always enjoyed driving and I like to do a wide range of activities with my kids. There’s so much to do in the Chicagoland area and we don’t want to miss any of it, so we wind up traveling a lot for some of our “adventures”, as my older son calls them.

If this is your first time here, there are several ways to navigate through the blog. Take a look at the “Map” page (tab at the top) to see all the places we’ve posted about on a map, or check out the “Places We’ve Explored” page for an alphabetical list. You can also scroll down to view the keywords in the right sidebar or do a keyword search.
