Have you heard of Pinterest???
I’m typically pretty hesitant in jumping on bandwagons. But I’ve got to say…I’m in LOVE with Pinterest. If you’re not familiar with it (which I wasn’t until a couple weeks ago), it’s basically an online bulletin board with pictures of all your favorite ideas/recipes/crafts/decorating, etc. When you find something online, you just click the “pin it” link in your browser (which you do when you sign up), then you place it on a specific pinboard (which includes a picture and a link). Plus, you get to follow other people and can easily repin their ideas that you think are so cool! I’ve seen so many great ideas on Pinterest that I can’t wait to try! How long did it take for you to get your invite? It seems like I've been waiting for mine forever!
can you explain the whole joining/invite thing eg do you or someone else have to invite to join?

astromen- it took a couple weeks. I actually was on the waiting list and the same day that I got my "congrats, you're invited" e-mail…a friend invited me and i was able to sign up right away.
Michele, I think the way that it works is you can sign up on your own, you'll just be put on a waiting list (that is normally a couple weeks) or you can ask a friend to invite you at which time you should be able to join immediately. I'm not entirely sure, but that seemed to be the way it worked for me. e-mail me at icanteachmychild @ gmail . com and I'll send you an invite.

How do I follow you? I went to the website and requested an invite on Wednesday. I got an invite within a couple hours, it didn't take me a couple weeks for some reason. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how it all works and I don't know how I can follow someone else on there.
