I channeled my inner 10-year old self for this concoction. As we were passing down the baking aisle at Target on Saturday, I noticed these miniature graham cracker pie crusts. One shelf down in the same glance, I happened to spot the marshmallow cream. Like a lighting bolt in my brain, I remembered my favorite snack/dessert as a kid…peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Yum.
These are delicious, but I happen to enjoy just eating the peanut butter and marshmallow cream mixed all by itself.
Here’s the recipe: 1/2 jar marshmallow cream (or use the entire smaller jar), peanut butter, and miniature graham cracker crusts (or you could make your own).
1. Mix the marshmallow cream with an almost equal amount of peanut butter.
2. Stir until well blended.
3. Carefully scoop the mixture into the miniature pie crusts and refrigerate for at least a few hours.
