30 for 30 Challenge: Day 10 (Family Game of Hide-and-Seek)
It’s Day 10 of our 30 for 30 Challenge!
We had a super busy day today with church this morning and the start of our VBS tonight, but we managed to squeeze in a family game of hide-and-seek this afternoon. It was so much fun!!!
We “teamed up” and each team took turns being the hiders and seekers.
I often forget how the simplest of things can often be the most fun! Hide-and-seek requires absolutely no preparation or materials but led to lots of fun family time and great memories! :)
What did you and your child(ren) play today???
We’re not doing the challenge, but we played: race in the backyard (I timed, they raced), Monopoly (a very short version), and the kids played “bears” while I sat on the couch. They were very cute, my daughter bringing bluberries to my two sons who were the bears in the forest and they’d eat the berries!
I have been ‘kind of’ doing the challenge! I have not been blogging about – but probably should have been. My kids have loved playing with me. Over the past week we have played; Crocodile Dentist, Elefun (I think that’s what it’s called),Othello, Chess (well actually that’s my husband) and loads more!!
Saturday we had a blast in the backyard when bathing the dog turned into a spray battle.
Funny when you actually think about it 30 minutes is such a small amount of time, but it makes a HUGE difference!
We blew up a balloon with the help of yeast and the sun. Fun science!
